Jeff and Kelley Turner

Jeff and Kelley Turner are the visionaries behind Staycation Fiberglass Pools. Their goal is simple: raise the standard for backyard living across Texas by combining quality craftsmanship with an exceptional customer experience.
They have built Staycation around three core values: integrity, customer experience, and education. Those values guide every decision the company makes, from how projects are planned to how homeowners are supported throughout the process.
For Jeff and Kelley, building a pool is about much more than construction. It is about creating a place where families can relax, entertain, make memories, and truly enjoy their home.

Ivan G.

Every great backyard begins with a great design, and Ivan brings an architectural eye to every Staycation project.
With a degree in Architecture from Colombia and hands-on experience in the pool and outdoor living industry, Ivan works closely with homeowners, sales, and construction teams to transform ideas into thoughtful, functional designs.
He combines creativity with practical design principles to create outdoor spaces that look beautiful while fitting naturally into the way each family lives. For Ivan, the design stage is where the possibilities begin and where a homeowner's vision starts becoming real.

Del M.

Quality is not something that gets checked at the end of a project. At Staycation, it is built into every stage of the process, and Del plays a key role in making that happen.
As Quality Control Manager, Del visits job sites throughout the construction process to make sure each phase is completed correctly and meets Staycation's standards.
His extensive construction experience, CPO certification, and background in water systems give him a valuable understanding of both construction quality and pool performance. His previous experience managing waterpark operations at SeaWorld also gave him specialized knowledge in hydraulics and chemical management.
For Del, the goal is straightforward: catch the details others might miss and make sure every pool is built the right way.

Adrian M.

Adrian brings more than two decades of construction experience and a strong background in leadership to the Staycation team.
With over 20 years in construction and 10 years as a business owner, Adrian understands what it takes to bring a project together from both the business and homeowner perspectives. His approach to sales is centered on education, transparency, and helping clients make decisions they can feel confident about.
Adrian also brings more than 30 years of martial arts experience and has been recognized as a United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee. That background has shaped his commitment to discipline, consistency, and excellence.
As Sales Manager, he leads a team focused on creating a more informed, straightforward, and enjoyable pool-buying experience.

Chris R.

Chris brings more than 30 years of experience across construction, sales, project management, business development, and client relations.
His career has involved managing complex projects, developing strategic partnerships, strengthening customer relationships, and improving business operations. That experience gives him a broad understanding of what it takes to grow a company while keeping the customer experience at the center.
At Staycation, Chris focuses on building strong relationships, developing new opportunities, and helping create the systems and partnerships that allow the company to continue delivering exceptional service as it grows.
His approach is hands-on, relationship-driven, and focused on one thing: creating lasting value for Staycation and its clients.
