Dominion homes carry San Antonio addresses. For homes inside San Antonio city limits, residential pool permits come from the City of San Antonio Development Services Department.
The city's pool permit calls for a site plan drawn to scale showing the pool's distance to property lines and structures. Pools need at least 5 feet from the side and rear property lines and aren't allowed in the front yard.
A safety barrier with self-closing, self-latching gates is required, and it's inspected before the pool is filled and used.
